How to Find The Anxious Owl: A Step-by-Step Guide

Some folks just need an address, punch it into their GPS, and off they go. Others? Well, we appreciate a little more… let’s call it cinematic direction. I’m Adrian, a film producer for MCL Pictures. So when Stacy, Clinical Psychotherapist and Owner of The Anxious Owl, reached out to us for a guide, we took the request seriously. Maybe a little too seriously—but hey, we’re covering it all. Aerial views for those who like the big picture, ground-level footage for a real-world feel, and just enough detail to get you there without any “Wait, did we miss the turn?” moments.

First Things First: Entering Palmas del Mar

Palmas del Mar is a sprawling, gated community, which means your adventure starts at the front gate. When you arrive, stay in the left lane for visitors. The guard will ask for your name and where you’re headed. Just let them know you’re visiting The Anxious Owl at the Palmas del Mar Executive Offices.

Depending on the day, the guard might hand you a visitor’s pass. If they do, please return it on your way out.

Once you’re in, keep driving straight. You'll pass a small lake on your left (nice, right?), and then you’ll hit the first roundabout. Go all the way around, taking the third exit, almost like you're making a left turn.

Key Landmarks Along the Way

After the first roundabout, you’ll pass the Pterocarpus forest entrance on your right. Shortly after, you’ll reach the second roundabout, with the church on your right.

At this roundabout, take the first exit on the right. A short distance ahead, Target Rentals will be on your left. Your turn is the second entrance on the right, directly across from Target Rentals.

Arriving at The Anxious Owl

Once parked, head toward the main building with a pergola covered in vines.

Inside, take an immediate sharp right, walk straight down the hall, then turn left. Office 21 is almost at the end of the hallway on the right.

But Wait—There’s More!

Because one perspective just wasn’t enough, we also filmed a ground-level and birds eye perspectives to show you exactly what you’ll see as you drive in. It covers every turn, landmark, and visual cue to make getting here even easier.
