Even when I do manage to drift off, I wake up multiple times throughout the night, tossing and turning, unable to get comfortable. It’s exhausting because I wake up feeling even more tired than when I went to bed. During the day, I’m irritable and have trouble concentrating because I’m so sleep-deprived. I’ve tried everything from herbal teas to meditation apps, but nothing seems to help me get the restful sleep I need.
